About the Show

Personal Platitudes is a podcast mini-series hosted by Himmat Media’s new interim Cultural Catalyst: DevonyJasmine (aka DJ).

Personal Platitudes was developed as part of Devony Jasmine's practicum project for her Radio Arts & Broadcasting Certification at BCIT, where she enlisted the support of Himmat Media to complete her studies and apply all the skills she’s mastered through it. As a result, Personal Platitudes has been produced as part of Himmat Media’s new incubator program.

The show is dedicated to empowering people and helping to foster personal growth within. We explore a wide range of topics as guests offer their insights on overcoming obstacles and embracing culture.
